My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. I also have a large labour resource to carry out even the bigger jobs.

Cornel turned up at a job with 3 others who didnt have a clue what they were doing. My wall i got taken out by these guys was a terribble job they used the wrong cement and now everyday i have cement falling bit by bit. Cornel also dug the floor to connect a new sink for waste pipe. He concreted the floor back and no water can now go through the waste pipe as hes connected it wrong. So i have a useless sink in a corner of my kitchen. Asked him to come back for 4 weeks kept saying tommorow never came.

We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5
