Matt's team did a full slate re-roof for me including removing a chimney stack and fitting a velux window. Matt replies quickly to emails and texts with clear answers. Matt and his team were very polite and considerate at all times. All of the details were done as I asked and nothing was too much trouble. Bill’s a really nice, genuine guy. He gave us prices for concrete replacement and new slate replacement. But also offered the option of recycling the original slate, an idea we really liked. Much more environmentally friendly. He did a great job. So good that my next door neighbour has had hers done too. And now the next neighbour along is having hers done as well. Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.
