Good tradesperson! Iounut completed the entire flat and painted it to a very good standard..clean edges, attention to detail etc. He arrived punctually and worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the job was done within schedule. Also he stayed exactly within our agreed budget with no hidden costs and re-selling. The flat now looks transformed and I'm quite impressed. Professional, helpful, and skilled. In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.
