Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

My partner Sara is a very accomplished designer and painter and decorator. I have worked for the electricity board for many years and have industrial and home electrical nstallation experience. Showers, electric heating, underfloor heating, extra sockets, rewires, lighting, fuse boards, etc My son has just undertaken a 6 week plastering course, and with myself being self trained and helping, I am also trying to build up his business profile We are highly trustworthy and give a very fair price, We do not like or want to rip people off. I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.
