Mariusz, (ML contractors), is an exceptional artisan. We needed repairs to a kitchen work surface and replacement of the mixer tap for our rental flat. See photo, he replaced a section of the work surface and fitted this and made good the repairs. So we also got him to decorate 2 rooms again the work was brilliant, efficient and reasonably priced. Can't recommend highly enough!! We will definitely use his skills again.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

We got Kingston Surrey Construction in to undertake a full ensuite refurbishment after too many leaks and drips over the years. I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work. Very impressed and very happy with the outcome. I recommend this company and will be using them again on other jobs in the future.
