This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. Feedback on my builder site is 100% see photos on there, Facebook & Instagram. Also spraying of kitchen and furniture services offered Spray Plastering service benefits are: creates no mess, dries white, dries within 1-2 days then can be painted, it can be sanded, it likes heat so no need to turn heating off, a lot faster process than the other type of plaster.

Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.
