Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

After flood and storm damage Howard and his team attended the house very quickly. They submitted an extremely efficient report of works required and the qoute was very good. Works began almost immediately and communication was fantastic. Nothing was to much and the team even took on additional work without any fuss. He has done a really good job rendering the walls and would recomend him to anyone needing rendering. Note, he is not a rip off merchant like some Ive come accross

Updated review for 2024: Hired Mark to plaster my hallway and stairs. The stairs and ceiling are okay but the hallway is shoddy workmanship which is uneven and has trowel marks in it. Mark has unfotuntely refused to come back and told me I am just 'making a fuss'. I feel like he got his money so, now isn't interested in doing the decent thing - shame on you Mark. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH FINISH!
