I wanted a Church Font removing from my garden and this company performed the task with ease. Both of them disposed of the font and cleared the area with no trouble at all. Cannot praise their work ethic enough, polite, pleasant and courteous. Although the font was large they managed to break it up and take away all the remains. Would heartily recommend and they seem to cater for all jobs concerning the garden. Well done lads and thank you.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Absolutely delighted with the work from MM Perfect House. Michael was excellent throughout, always helpful, obliging and happy to answer all my queries. Pablo who completed the work, was friendly, polite, hardworking and always on time. Over four days he stripped wallpaper, repaired and prepared walls, sanded, and painted the walls and woodwork to an excellent standard. He worked methodically, left everything spotless each day, and the finish exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.

This company was a nightmare to deal with. I have never experienced such amateur and inefficient work. They spent more time getting “ materials “ than actually doing the job. The bathroom renovation should have taken 2 days. Admittedly there were a few unforeseen problems. But basically just taking out and refitting sink and toilet. Their workmen were awful. They took over twice the time they should have. Also they never finished. The bath is still leaking. The sealant finish is amateur

I needed a plasterer urgently after my kitchen had to be rewired unexpectedly before my new kitchen was due to be installed. This company came the next day to Cumbria from Manchester. They did a great job and worked quickly. Really friendly and cleaned up after they had finished . Would definitely recommend .

Abdul did an excellent job replacing our kitchen splashback tiles. He was friendly, punctual and reliable throughout the work. He removed the existing poorly finished tiles, prepared the walls properly and installed the new brick style white tiles neatly around the sink, hob, window reveals and corners. I would recommend Abdul to anyone looking for a dependable and skilled tiler
