I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
