Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.

Gareth responded to my job almost as soon as I posted it, and called to carry out the work within 3 days, despite having a busy schedule with other customers. An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. We felt fully informed throughout the process and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark to others. Thanks for all your hard work, the lounge looks great!
