Due to distance and other commitments I wasn't able to be on site very much, but he is more than able to get on with the job by himself and is highly trustworthy. Lee did an excellent job - he rendered the back of our house and did some internal plastering, as well as sorting out some problems with guttering and a leaking chimney. Gyorgy arrived on time each day, worked for as long as he could - sometimes paint needed to dry and there was nothing else he could do, so he left after clearing up. The standard of workmanship was good and the price was very reasonable. The job took slightly longer than he expected but that was due to the extremely rough walls that needed lining before they would give an acceptable standard of finish when painted. Overall, very happy with the work done.
Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. Very clean and disposed of all rubbish. Good value service. Had a problem, S G Maintenance came back and put it right immediately without any delays or arguments.
