John did do a good job when he decided to turn up. However, he was not reliable and would always ask for money upfront..Also , he never came back to finish the job, even though he was paid to.

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.

My partner Sara is a very accomplished designer and painter and decorator. I have worked for the electricity board for many years and have industrial and home electrical nstallation experience. Done the job ok, but took 1.5 hours to complete a 45 minute job! Shockley cost me £300 to have a hob installed with most of the existing pipe work used.
