Miroslaw is an exceptionally good builder. He installed a team in my house within about a week, they worked incredibly hard (and cleaned up nightly) and delivered top-notch work. He's totally reasonable about the quote, we added a few things on as we went with a quick agreement about the price change - none of the headaches that you normally have with builders. His references were glowing (I spoke with 2 former customers), I don't think anyone has a bad word to say about him. thank you Miroslaw.

As a full time firefighter I compliment this role by being a fully qualified plasterer with certificates up to NVQ level 3. I also hold a teaching qualification in plastering. We highly recommend David for decorating. We had just renovated a 2.5 metre square bathroom and had the finishing to complete, including: "mist" coats of base paint onto fresh plaster, ceiling, edging, and woodwork. David liaised with us on paint selection and collected it himself. He arrived on time for the job, and finished when he said he would. The end result was great. Other decorators might be "slightly" cheaper, but we will be re-hiring David for his quality work.

The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!
