The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. The work was tidy and James was able to talk me through the issue he saw and steps we would take before commencing the work, handy for long distance landlords. Timing skipped due to an medical issue.
