He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Job done a few days ago, 1 or 2 pigeons still hanging around which was what Kevin said but no bird mess on the paving since he did the job which is a very good sign to indicate what Kevin done is working as there was always bird mess in the morning that needed cleaning.
