Nic and his friend did a great job transforming my rear garden. Nic responded to my advert immediately and with a competitive price. I did not know him but read his reviews online which were all good. He communicated honestly and I felt reassured so I paid an agreed deposit amount on the first day. Nic and his colleague removed all the old concrete slabs and replaced them with attractive ceramic ones along with the manhole lids. They worked hard and left the site very clean and tidy. They did the job fine but my problem was £150 including vat that is too much for what I had done I feel ripped off and will never use them again or recommend them. It's not like they had to provide the part either I did. As a disabled person I feel taken advantage of I almost embarrassed
