Initially great service, quick and didn’t over do the job ie suggested a cheaper alternative which was great - however sadly they suggested doing some other work on the roof which agreed to but they haven’t finished the job been a month and still not finished and is no longer communicating which is disappointing

Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR
