No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

The quote was very reasonable, Keith and his team produced a great quality porch. They were always punctual, treated my property with respect and were always open to discuss issues and changes. A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
