An outstanding job completed today by the W2.0 team! It was a tricky task, working with different levels and laying concrete that tied them together while ensuring rainfall would be carried away correctly. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me.
