I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. Unfortunately the work was not done properly. First there was a leaking tap. The plumber changed the whole system with a new tap and a different filter. Later there was a big leak from the new system and he came back to fix it. The second job was the shower. The handle was stuck so he ordered a new cartridge and replaced it. I paid for the 2 jobs separately in cash. After he left we found that the water temperature was dangerously hot. Now refused to finish the job and said good bye

Half the laminate was laid, but I noticed the pattern joins didn't match up. They were unsatisfactory and I pointed them out. The tradesman was happy to lay the laminate again. This time it was done well. I'm now delighted with the overall appearance of my floor, although there are still some small areas, especially by the skirting, where the laminate hasn't been secured by the trimming. Apart from these small things, the service was friendly and the job was finished on time. I would use them again.
