They did the job fine but my problem was £150 including vat that is too much for what I had done I feel ripped off and will never use them again or recommend them. It's not like they had to provide the part either I did. As a disabled person I feel taken advantage of I almost embarrassed

I had thought about what may have caused the problem. Explained this to Carma and fixed an appointment. Turned up as promised, and had obviously prepared to find and apply a solution. Began diagnosis..Explained at every step what he was checking. A sound diagnosis depends on a systematic investigation. Soon found a possible solution, cleared away any other possible causes. Found fault, set up replacement of faulty part. Checked this would provide the solution. And made the change, Spot on Very tidy work.

The work was completed well and they left everything very clean. They returned the next day to re-fit a kitchen extractor for me, it was a demanding job they found a way to make it work and again left everything clean and tidy. Fully recommended
