Tom came to quote up my job quickly, and gave me an honest assessment of work needed whilst putting my mind at ease. Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.
