Mark responded very quickly and on a Sunday as it had been pouring with rain and the problem was a leaky roof, so very thoughtful. He was very contactable which is very refreshing and arrived when he said he would. The job has been carried out the very next day and has been done very well. I am extremely happy with the work and how it was done. Mark and his employee were very friendly and professional and left everything nice and tidy. Thank you for a job well done and at a good price.

Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
