STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.

Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!

You wouldn’t want a brick layer working of your solar panels, would you? All our work comes with a Workmanship Guarantee and we are covered by our Public liability insurance. We do not use any chemicals or treatment to clean the solar panels and our specialist equipment protects the ARC on the face of the solar panels. Using the wrong equipment could be detrimental to your solar panels. We only use the highest standard of materials for Solar Bird Protection and the correct equipment for carrying out Solar Panel Cleans. Hence why pest control experts stuff chicken wire under the Solar Panels & window cleaners get poor results when they attempt to clean the Solar Panels from the ground with a soft bristle brush. We will be gaining access to the roof without scaffolding, which keeps the cost down and also using the correct equipment to clean the panles that will remove the build up of Lichen, Algae & any pollen / dust whilst still protecting the ARC on the face of the solar panels. James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
