Job done but it took 3 days to come and do it.
Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Really lovely chap, and we'd happily have him back for any other work we may need. Highly recommend him.
