What should have been a straightforward connection of electric oven to wall spur turned out to be not the case, due most likely to a problem with the (brand new) building’s wiring - John of Eagle Service went above and beyond to try and resolve the issue, which the council have now passed on to their builders to address. Holland gas performed a gas safety inspection and boiler service. I wasn't present but it seems that everything went well. They contacted the tenant a number of times in advance and were easy to deal with. I was looking for a an alternative to my current plumbing company that had made some mistakes and also were not always available when I needed them, Holland Gas were slightly more expensive but I believe their quality level and availability may be better.
