we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible

Tony was fantastic stepping in at short notice after being let down by another tradesman. He replaced our old bathroom suite and put plastic cladding on the walls and ceiling fitted new lino and other jobs that came up. I would highly recommend him super friendly guy and fantastic workmanship. Would definitely give him a call for future jobs.
