We wanted a shower regrouting and resealing as it had developed some cracks and was potentially leaking water into the wall. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
