He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. I had a slow dripping stopcock, quite hard to access. Louis gave me a clear price over the phone, arrived with his assistant, checked it out and left to get a new tap, while I went out. When I returned he'd got the part, fitted it, and everything was tidy. The price was as quoted, with no surprises such as VAT added. They were efficient and professional.
