It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Fixed brickwork on our house. The repair left brick dust on nearby bricks, which they said would disappear in a few months, but it never did. Having said that, the quality was good and the repairs stood the test of time, which is exactly what we wanted.

The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

Dan and his colleague built a rather large red brick wall for me which I am very pleased with. They were fast, tidy and efficient. They were also able to give advise on the best way to finish off the top of the wall. Secondly, they used the right mix of cement and lime to continue with the same colour mortar. They were also able to calculate exactly the quantity of bricks, cement etc. I would need so therefore there was very little wastage. I would definitely use them again.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more.
