Remus and Ionut were outstanding! I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

I hired Luke to lay a patio using Indian Sandstone which was not a simple job by any means. I had started the job myself but had serious problems and so I gave up. Luke responded quickly to my post and could start the job within a few days. Initially, I was wary because he did not have many reviews on here but I'm pleased to say he did a fantastic job. He was neat and tidy, always on time, he worked hard and was keen to get the job done properly (rather than quickly). I would definitely recommend Luke

Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time.
