Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
