New to Rated People, but a family trade for generations; the Sykes Brothers consists of William and Finlay Sykes, bricklayers following in the footsteps of their father, Tony Sykes, and grandfather, Bill Sykes - both life-long bricklayers and masters of the trade. Being raised around the industry from a young age, we have both had exposure to bricklaying and building from childhood, from our father building our family home, to learning the trade when we were of age. Now, as qualified bricklayers, we have a wide range of construction knowledge and ability that is complimented by our professionalism and no-corners-cut approach to our work. We are a team looking to modernise the perception of tradesmen, breaking stereotypes while maintaining a high quality standard of work.
The job should only have taken one day; it wasn't possibe but I was kept up to date with progress. The job was done well and everything was left clean and tidy. I would be happy to re-employ them.
I’ve been in the building trade for 18+ years and always aim to meet any needs you may require I also have a full in-house team of tradesmen when needed. I cover all aspects of building work from even the smallest jobs and I also aim to try my best to be reasonable with all my prices.
