Alex repaired a roof leak. You can trust Alex to do the very best job at a reasonable price. Alex is warm, friendly, kind, clever & trustworthy! He put every effort into driving a long way to assess our water leak. He even inspected everywhere & had a long ladder to climb the 3 stories to the roof to evaluate all sources of the leak. He found a crack in the roof & a pipe pouring water into the crack. He even repaired the crack free of charge! We would hire him again, esp for his specialty-exteriors.

Andrey did a fantastic job replacing our broken shower base, rewaterproofing, retiling with travertine tiles & fitting a new door. Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.

Also spraying of kitchen and furniture services offered Spray Plastering service benefits are: creates no mess, dries white, dries within 1-2 days then can be painted, it can be sanded, it likes heat so no need to turn heating off, a lot faster process than the other type of plaster.

Unfortunately I can't leave no stars ad that is all this so called building company deserves.They are also unable to tell the truth in their response to Our review.No it wasn't a 3mm drop, when he went back to b+q to get more products to further his bodge up My Wife measured the drop(he claimed at the time it was 5mm.can't even remember his own lies)The drop was 13 mm.Ues He came back and had a 2nd attempt to rectify the bodged job,making an even worse mess.By this time We were both sick to death of him
