The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. Alex repaired a roof leak. You can trust Alex to do the very best job at a reasonable price. Alex is warm, friendly, kind, clever & trustworthy! He put every effort into driving a long way to assess our water leak. He even inspected everywhere & had a long ladder to climb the 3 stories to the roof to evaluate all sources of the leak. He found a crack in the roof & a pipe pouring water into the crack. He even repaired the crack free of charge! We would hire him again, esp for his specialty-exteriors.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
