Hurst home improvements did a fabulous job fitting my 2 gates and posts I needed the job done quite quickly and they were there within a couple of days They were here exactly on time that they said Very professional and efficient I would most definetly hire them again if I need some home improvements.

No job too big or too small
Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
