George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. Igor was always extremely efficient and helpful, and overall I was happy and satisfied with both the price and the quality of work, although it did take a bit longer than expected to complete.

Previously a Production Engineer, but decided to change to a job that was more hands on with a good social connection. I chose building work â so I have a good balance of technical skills and practical skills gained over many year of working on Builds. My first two builds were complete builds from the ground up, so I had to seek out and get trades on-site to complete work I didnât have the skills for. Over time I have carried out all sorts of work over the past few years from Setting out a site, Groundworks, Blockwork, Construction, Timber work/studding, Plaster boarding, Fitting kitchens and Bathroom, as well as Wooden Flooring and Tiling, and of course decorating. I leave plumbing, electrical work and plastering to the trades ( and have good contacts ) â but I have a good eye for detail but enjoy fitting kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, and painting.

The subtext in his response, Sheridan openly accepts he didnïż½t complete the work but thatïż½s okay because in his view it wasnïż½t essential. So if you want an amateur that quotes for and accepts a job, canïż½t stick to deadlines or manage the trades he uses to deliver to the estimated amount and after all of that decides what is and isnïż½t important, Shez is your man!! Otherwise avoid.
