Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back

Do not trust this man! He did a runner without completing the work, and the work completed is shoddy. Avoid like the plague, and save yourself the headache

I thought Jonathon did really good job. The whole process of quote to completion was really good as well. He said exactly what he was doing and when. I am also impressed with the quality of work. I would recommend him for any job. His attitude was excellent with no fuss.

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

Ben and Jonnie are great lads, who conduct themselves professionally, and are very knowledgeable about their trade. Their estimate for materials was spot on, their communication leading up to the job was helpful, and most importantly the finish on the bricklaying is superb. They work quickly but precisely, it was a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic professionals. I would like these guys to work for me again on my next project.

Ryan and the team at FL Build did a fantastic job for us. Our project involved demolition work, extension and a complex refurbishment of our house over 6 months. Wayne and his team did a great job, i am very pleased with my fitted wardrobes. They are stunning. i gave good for reliability only because Wayne is so busy it took a while to actually get the guys in to do the job, several months. i love them and they did a good job so worth the wait.
