Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We were worried about finding tradesmen to do our garage conversion as we’ve generally not had a good experience in the past. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space. Would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use Les again.

I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised

We couldn't fault Steve's work or his reliability. He made and fitted our back gate under terrible conditions heavy rain all day. He bought his own canopy and sheeting to enable him to continue working in the awful weather. We wish we had known about him prior to us having work done on our house renovtion. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or using him again.

Superb team of builders. Very skilful, knowledgeable and helpful. Work was very clean and efficient. The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. The extension they built for us was completed within the suggested time frame to a high standard. They were only too happy to answer questions and keep us upto date with the progress. Would definately use again should the need arise. Highly recommended for any work required.

Jeff did a fantastic job for us converting a window into French doors and creating an outside covered deck. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price.
