Found this company through rated people when I was looking for someone to clean the moss off my roof. The service they provided was excellent, they were very polite & clearly knew what they were doing & the cost was far less than I had been quoted by others. Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. My wife and I wanted the job doing with the least disturbance possible and to the highest standard of quality. I am very pleased that this was achieved, Richard and Howard (the builders) were both professional and well mannered, they started on time and during the heavy rain kept on working to finish the job. After the job was complete they they cleaned up the area they had worked in. I would have no reason not to strongly recommend them.

Nathan took on a half finished job of a front of house extension and completed it in no time. Accurate quote, reasonable prices constant updates on the progress and always asked us to confirm decisions. Gave his opinion in many stylistic aspects around the house which ended up saving us time and money. Easy to work with and communicate, always on time rain or snow. Highly recommended.

Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.

GKMC Building Services has just repointed the south westerly wall of our house, the finished job is fantastic it looks like new. Their meticulous attention to detail is perfect. They cleaned up afterwards and you would not know they had been here. So friendly, well done Gary and your team.

Bogdan did our full bathroom refubrishment. I was a little bit worried that he had no reviews, although he did show me work down when he worked at London it is still hard to trust that work will be done to the high standard that we wanted. We should have not been worried at all. The transformation was fantastic and finish is beautifull surpassing our expectations. Everything works as it should and we were so glad we went with Bogdan so much so that we now asked him to refubrish our family bathroom too.
