George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Actually 1 star is too high to rate and All I can say Eoin is a nasty man and verbally abusive, not recommendable to work for anyone else.
Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.
Dan did a fantastic job fitting our Ikea kitchen worktops. He was very friendly, his work was excellent and his quote was very reasonable indeed. We would highly recommend him and would happily get him to do work for us again.
