George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

I'd give no stars if I could. I got a barely understandable text that came at gone midnight telling me he was coming to do my jobe at my home. That was his spelling. I have posted more than 1 job and not only was most of his text illegible but also incoherent. I don't know which jobe he was asking about, but given that, my jobe will go without being done.

Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

We asked Valon to lay porcelain slabs along the border of our garden. He responded to our request quickly and popped around beforehand to view the garden. His quote was less than anyone else’s and despite allowing one day to complete the work, it took 1.5 days and he didn’t charge us any more. His workmanship was of a high quality and we would highly recommend him. He also undertakes building work as well as gardens so he will definitely be out go to person in future
