It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home. Staff found Ben very good working in this situation. Good job. Pleased with result.
