Quite simply the best! Stan's work is top quality. He completed my flooring (tiling and wooden floor sanding) to an exceptionally high standard. His work was so good, I asked him to stay longer and also complete my downstairs bathroom, kitchen and also a number of other decorating jobs in the house. I hired HB Property Services to carry out alterations to a door at a rental property I own. The initial finish looked good, but the door no longer closed properly afterwards and required a return visit at additional cost. While I can’t be certain the issue was caused by the work, we had no prior problems. More concerning was my tenant’s experience, describing the contractor as unprofessional and making her feel uncomfortable. I will not use them again.
