Hi welcome to my profile. I have been a qualified plumbing and heating engineer since 2010. I also have drainage qualifications and equipment ie a high pressure jetting machine secured to my van. So a blocked drain is never a problem to clear. I have done all types on installation and maintenance work in this field. I strongly believe a good work ethic is: "what I do and how I do it counts." I have worked for a major player in the construction field on behalf of a local Authority. I have also worked for a very well known plumbing franchise company owned by a major energy supplier. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Ryan could not have been more helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure hiring him. He completed a complex job removing a broken boiler, installing a new one, re-routing a gas through 30m of new pipe and installing a radiator, then getting it all to work with our existing smart home system. We now have a lovely warm home and great hot water pressure. Thanks!
