MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.
I have been fitting kitchen for over 30 years which includes plumbing, electrics, tiling and fitting laminate floors.
Clive was excellent in responding to my enquiry and communication was great from the beginning. He did a brilliant bath pipe work repair at a reasonable price. Thank you.
