Hi welcome to my profile. I have been a qualified plumbing and heating engineer since 2010. I also have drainage qualifications and equipment ie a high pressure jetting machine secured to my van. So a blocked drain is never a problem to clear. I have done all types on installation and maintenance work in this field. I strongly believe a good work ethic is: "what I do and how I do it counts." I have worked for a major player in the construction field on behalf of a local Authority. I have also worked for a very well known plumbing franchise company owned by a major energy supplier. Paul and his guys were brilliant. We are so pleased with the end result, the bathroom looks really high quality and I couldn't fault anything, The guys were all a pleasure to have working in the house for the just under three weeks it took,and Paul was really helpful with the design and some changes we wanted during the process, too. I recently left a good review but after recent events I need to change this. After a callout for a blockage which resulted in them getting their hose stuck and had to come out to remove a few days later from my pipe, our toilet was left with another leak due to the toilet being damaged. After getting a plummer from British gas out, I then find out I was massively overcharged for all the work, the total paid was £3380, I found out this should have cost me no more than £1800. I will never use them again!

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
