I did not get the Boiler replaced in the end as I was able to get my current one repaired. However, if I had gone ahead with replacing it, I would have instructed Harprit to replace it. His quote was the most competitive and also he sounded really professional when we spoke, answering all of my questions and being very helpful and transparent in terms of his pricing structure. We recently had our flat roof replaced by Citywide Roofing and have been very pleased with the work. Dan and his team were friendly, hardworking and a pleasure to have around. The work was completed to a high standard and the site was left clean and tidy. After the work was completed, we asked if the gutter flow could be adjusted slightly. Dan came back promptly in a good-natured, helpful way. To me, that speaks volumes about the confidence he has in his work and his willingness to stand behind it.

Not a comfortable experience. Upped the price upon completion after agreement. Agreement had already been pushed beyond the max quote. Had to come back out the following day to put right a leak left behind & stuffed badly made holes through exterior wall with kitchen towel. The work already needs rectifying again & new tradesperson is miffed at the work done & price charged. Feel vulnerable leaving this as he talked about someone else who’d left a negative review to me.
