I am fully qualified (C&G) uk plumber with over 5 years experience. I have done my 2 years apprenticeship with one of uk largest company plimco plumber, I pride myself on the work I produce making sure it's to very high standard. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
