I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I was advised by a number of roofers that the flashing needed to be replaced with proper dividers and Richard gave me the most competitive price to include all scaffolding, pointing the back chimney and replacing any worn tiles. The scaffolders were quick and efficient and the two roofers Max and Connor were very professional and thorough. They advised me that the bottom two rows of roof felting needed replacing and Richard gave me a very competitive price to include this.

Minimum call out charge £70 Special day rate £190 - 7.5 hours Specialist/ Large scale Removal jobs: If I need to hire a MWB the rough rate is £40 per hour. With a minimum charge of £70.00. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum charge of £100.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated. Please give the rough dimension of any key double height items that need to remain upright, such as a fridge freezer? In addition is it a two or three seater? Waste Removals services £35 per hour.
